Quality management at our GFO Center Lennestadt - Wohnen & Pflege Josefinum means that our structures, processes and concepts ensure that we provide the best possible services. The current MDK reports are available to the facilities. These can be viewed on site.

Advisory board represents the interests of our residents

The user/resident council at the GFO Center Lennestadt - Wohnen & Pflege Josefinum represents the interests of the residents. It is elected by the residents of a facility at regular intervals.

Our user advisory board consists of a total of 5 people.

The rights and duties of the user advisory board are defined by law. These include, in particular, the right to have a say and to be informed on the topics of accommodation, care, conditions of stay, home rules, catering and leisure activities.
